The horror of which the story below is a part only ended 80 years ago. But Americans now read about it (or don't) in history books, many dismissing it as "long ago, far away, couldn't happen now." But "strong men," monstrous egos who long to personally control life—and death—for all within their reach, are still with us. |

General Election, PSC Dist. 2 & 3 voted on state-wide, November 4, 2025 ![]() ![]() Congratulations to Peter Hubbard for winning the Public Service Commission (PSC) Democratic primary for District 3! Peter has been a longtime advocate for expanding clean energy and lowering costs and harmful emissions for everyday Georgians. He joins fellow Democratic nominee Dr. Alicia Johnson, who is running for District 2. All PSC districts are voted on a statewide level, meaning every single voter in Georgia can vote for both of these candidates. As we continue to see Georgia Power raise our bills and deny us better services, who sits on our Public Service Commission is an important role no one should take lightly. The PSC is supposed to regulate utilities like GA Power, but instead all 5 Republican commissioners have been in the pocket of Georgia Power for years, taking donations from GA Power’s lawyers in blatant corrupt dealings. It's time we take back control of our state’s energy watchdog! |
